CNC bending parts

We offer our customers the individual and inexpensive manufacture of CNC bending parts based upon CAD data, technical drawings or samples. At Menke, the CNC bending parts are manufactured using state-of-the-art Wafios bending machines from the BM 51 and BMU 4 range.

Medium-sized to large volume production runs with a wire diameter measuring between 0.4 and 10.00 mm made from all established materials can be processed on these machines and can also be bent in a three-dimensional manner without any problems whatsoever.

Naturally, subsequent surface treatment can also be offered.
